Gantt Chart & Cost Planner

You opened index.html directly from your file system. Because this is a modern TypeScript & React application, it requires starting the local server to run.

⚡ Option A: 1-Click Launch (Recommended)

In the project folder you unzipped, double-click the startup launcher:

🍏 Mac: Double-click start.command

🪟 Windows: Double-click start.bat

💻 Option B: Run via Terminal

npm install && npm run dev

Then open http://localhost:3000 in your browser.
